As a pub owner, I would not be liable for my customer's nonsense, after the leave my premises. Being located near the area have it's plus and minus. It's impossible for you to call in the police everytime the party goers make things difficult for you.

Hence you can either install sound boards around your unit or live with the condition or choose to sell it away and move to somewhere more serene.
If the mountain don't move, you can choose to go around it.

Truly appreciates your valuable feedback as a resident. May I know if you are an owner there or tenant? I do agree with Mike that as an owner of Zouk, I'll have no control over my customers the moment they leave the premises. As Zouk has been at this location for sometime whereas Tribeca By The Waterfront only TOPed in 2010, such problems should be predictable for residents who chooses to stay there. Noise tolerance differs from person to person therefore I'd suggest that you can probably do some alterations to sound proof your unit or otherwise shift out of the place if the sound is indeed disturbing you and your family.
